  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

  • We use secure, third‑party payment gateways; we do not store full payment card information on our servers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within India.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout; delays may occur due to logistics or force‑majeure events.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maivafashion.in with your order number and photos.

  • We may, at our option, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changed‑mind orders on worn or washed apparel.
