Refund and Returns Policy

At Maiva Fashion, we take pride in offering high-quality fashion apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if this period has passed.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • It should be in the same condition as received, with all original tags intact
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as invoice or order confirmation) is required

Please note: Items sent back without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance/discount offers
  • Customized or altered garments
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or tampering not caused by u

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges / Replacements

We only offer replacements/exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

To initiate an exchange/replacement, please email us at info@maivafashion.in with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs (in case of defects or wrong item)

Once your request is approved and the item is received:

  • The replaced/exchanged item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days
  • Delivery timeline may vary based on your location, typically between 5–8 business days

Return Shipping

  • Products must be shipped to:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
